Does everything required for great coffee somewhat noisy

Purchased whole bean roasted coffee from a place out west and needed a grinder. This was perfect.

I bought this a month ago and the quality was great

Garbage. It worked only once and it was very messy. Terrible product.

Great grinder! Grinds beans to extra fine in no time.
