Easy to use. Had to fiddle with it a bit to get the correct settings for our morning grind, but once that was done, it's been smooth sailing.

Aesthetically, it looks great, but no matter what I do, coffee grounds end up everywhere. More trouble than it’s worth.

The hopper is poorly designed. Grinds and dust fall when removing, opening, and emptying the grounds into its target.
