it stopped grinding after 2 months and I have tried sending messages to the warranty department and I still do not have a response.

After using it for a few weeks I have found the perfect setting for my automatic drip and cappo machine. Perfect cup every time.

would be nice if 0 grounds spilled when you remove the hopper, but other than that no problems so far

I'm really happy with this grinder, it is quite noisy but that is normal for this use. I don't notice any problem with static either

Works as advertised. Happy so far. The design is an improvement over my last one and looks to be sturdy enough for the daily use it gets.

This was a replacement for the same grinder we have had for years. I find the grinder to be very dependable and easy to use.

Gets very loud after a few uses, and doesnt actually grind the beans, but pulverizes in different sizes.

It works fine. The beans get stuck sometimes. When they do, you need to disassemble and shake the stuck ones out. Otherwise it performs as expected.
