We had a fail when we purchased another brand via Wirecutter recommendation. Found this online and it works great. It's a bit messy but we've figured out how to be less sloppy!

The grind isn’t consistent. Some comes out coarse and some like sugar… It makes a mess. Too much of a pain to send back. Definitely not worth the money. Not happy

We have had this product in the past, and it does a great job of grinding coffee beans for a variety of purposes, drip, cold brew, and expresso. We are looking forward to using it for many years.

Great Grinder makes the perfect grind no matter how small or large you want it and it has a auto shutoff when its finished grinding how many cups you want too.

I bought this grinder specifically to grind espresso. Don’t make my mistake. Even at the finest setting, it doesn’t get a fine enough grind for a good espresso extraction. I returned it.

It produces far to much static, its a great machine but it has flaws. Too much static, to many grind fines for a pour-over, and really hard to clean and remove fine grinds inside machine. It's a product that can last at most 2 years... maybe.

Grinder works well and I like the fact that it has different grinding settings but the static build-up that occurs in the coffee ground canister makes the coffee grounds go everywhere when dumping/scooping them out, it can cause quite the mess.

I utilize this burr mill to grind my beans for my everyday latte'. It is doing a fantastic job for the first two times that I have used it and hope it will continue to do so for many years to come.

I have been using this burr grinder daily for about six weeks and am very pleased. Holds a lot of beans and is ery easy to use, clean and operate. Burr grinders are definitely the way to go for grinding coffee beans. Excellent product.

Randomly stopped working once. The finest grind is not as fine as it should be for espresso. Doesn't have a consistent grind. Really, really, really messy to use.
