It is a very useful and complete product. We like it a lot because it has several functionalities and has different grinding options. The fact of having a receptacle where the freshly ground coffee falls makes the use of the product more practical.

The Cuisinart burr mill is the best I have owned! The design of the ground coffee receptacle needs rework because the cover is not attached and causes a mess. Also no instructions to clean the burrs? Use brown rice?

It does the job of grinding fine for my espresso coffee maker, but the plastic parts feel flimsy and like they will break anytime. The container does not slide in and out as smooth as one would like.

Grounds receiver breaks. Had one for a few years. The grounds receiver container breaks. I have kept together with super glue. Finally broke beyond repair so I bought a new complete unit because the replacement receiver was only a few dollars less.

We replaced with the same model and this one doesn’t do a very good job. Very inconsistent grinding. Have to change setting every time to get correct amount.

This bur coffee grinder is very good, I bought my first one in 2015, and had to buy another one because the first one quit working. The first one worked wonderful for about 8 years, that's great I think, and that's why I purchased another one.

The Cuisinart burr coffee mill is loud but does a good job. It is very reasonably priced and produces good results. It holds an adequate amount of beans and allows a large variety of grind settings.

A friend of mine has this same grinder and lead me to purchasing. Since Using the French press more often I need a great grinder for the freshest coffee. It works great with many different settings. I definitely suggest it!

I love that this Burr Mill holds up to a half pound of my favorite coffee beans. It grinds them quickly to perfection with the push of a button. So easy to use with great results. Wish it was a bit quieter.

This is a replacement of the same Cuisinart model I owned for years. Many grind choices and low maintenance. Wrapped in three thick towels it will purr like a kitten.
