Great product! Much quieter than previous model. Still find the amount selector could be improved you have to get it just right, difficult to keep in correct position. That’s my only complaint.

The unit stopped working completely after one use. Plugged it in to grind a second bag of coffee after using it successfully once before and the unit wouldn’t power on at all. Had to be replaced.

It is too soon to say anything about longevity, but so far so good. I bought it for the coarse grind because I still like to use a percolator to make my coffee.

Bought this a couple months ago and love it. Set it up next to coffee pot. While filling the maker up with water, with a push of a button I am grinding the beans. One two three.....coffee is on it's way!! Again, I love it!!!!

So far this burr grinder has exceeded my expectations. It is easy to use, just fill it with beans and choose your grind and hit start. Really like the large hopper.

I utilize this burr mill to grind my beans for my everyday latte'. It is doing a fantastic job for the first two times that I have used it and hope it will continue to do so for many years to come.

I am very happy with the performance of the burr mill grinder. It out performs those units that just chop up the coffee beans and the flavor from the ground whole beans far out paces the already ground coffees available.

It’s ok but super loud, settings don’t seem to be calibrated properly, and it can’t seem to grind the last few beans (they just kind of get tossed around).

Very functional but durability is questionable. Every part of the machine seems fine but the bin that catches the grounds is very flimsy. I feel it is one bounce off the floor from cracking. Would feel better if it was a sturdier drawer.

I've had this grinder for a couple of months now, and love it! I'ts exactly what I wanted. I love the idea that I keep the hopper filled and use the beans as I need them.
