Kind of messy to use. The bean holder holds a lot but the reversible for the ground coffee is small so grinding has to be done many times to hand grind a large batch of coffee.

The number of cups per grind is off from where the listed on machine. On this machine it is between the numbers, not on the number. But once I figured that out, it worked like my old one

This is so not a good deal. The coffee grinder whirs away until coffee is ground without pausing every minute. The result is electrically charged particles of coffee that go everywhere and is a mess to clean on top of that!

Wonderful grinder however a bit messy. Having the option of whole bean coffee saves you from the poor quality of factory offerings if you love a superior cup.Set the unit on a sheet of news paper though.

After years of using a blade grinder, I find the burr to be a far superior product. The grind is consistent and can be selected with several settings. It operates very smoothly and is easy to operate.

Great appliance ! My only complaint is it gets a little messy removing your ground coffee from the provided bin. Despite that minor issue, this is a great grinder.

First time coffee ginger owner. Works efficiently. Wished they made a comparable item in a smaller size. Friend has one that is 10 years old from Cuisinart that fits on shelf next to coffee beans. Recommend is space is not an issue.

Couldn't get a mix I liked in pre-ground coffee (I am half-decaf), stayed in an AirBnB that had one of these. Bought my own, bought whole beans at the coffee shop, and WOW!

Really like this coffee grinder. Fill the hopper with beans, set the amount of coffee you want and push start - how easy is that. My husband likes it also.
