The first one I received stopped working during the warranty. Cuisinart sent me a new mill and it works great. It is loud (my dog runs and hides) but it gives me excellent grinds.

Does a great job of grinding the beans evenly, though there are sometimes some left behind. It's a lot noisier than I expected. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.

We have a number of Cuisinart products and they have worked fine for several years. We had to replace one under warranty. They shipped a new product promptly. Great company to do business with.

Ground beans smelled like burnt Bakelite. Tried another time, Same results. After grinding the unit had the same strong odor. Wasted good beans. Returned unit for refund.

I got this as a Christmas gift, I've used it about 4 times. The grind is very consistent and that's why I bought it so that's good. It's extremely loud and pretty messy when transferring from container to where I keep my coffee. Hence minus 2 stars.

Easy to use. Like timer for grinding. Don't like how messy to get coffee grounds out of ground container. Grounds go everywhere when taking off lid, even less then 1/2 way full. So I have to take lid off and fill the coffee grounds over the sink.

This product looks good and performs well. The less than perfect rating is due to it being noisy. Also, it boasts multiple grind settings but you have to move the selector several settings to tell the difference.

This is an excellent coffee grinder. Fill the hopper, set the consistency of the grind, set the number of cups. Afterwards you only need to press the start button each time to use.
