Very good product. It works efficiently and without problems. Holds a standard can of coffee beans so that's a nice feat. Is not too loud but also not very very quiet.

I think it grinds well but not the coffee cup guide is not the standard 2 tablespoons per cup recommended level. I had to play around to grind the perfect batch. It makes a great coffee once you figure that out for your taste.

It’s messy but reliable. Several choices of grounds. Cleans up well. It would be cleaner if my husband used the scoop but he prefers the dump method. That’s not a product flaw. Had the last one for YEARS!

I have been using this grinder for a few week and it grinds the coffee just like i likje it. I just wish there was a good way to control the static charge so when i pulled the receiving bow out it didn't send ground coffee bits flying.

Easy and clean. Had a similar product that created static and a giant mess. A bit noisy for its size, and it would be nice if the grind selection pivoted independently from the hopper, but so far very happy.

The Burr Mill is the best grinder I’ve ever owned. I use 30% less coffee beans and no change in the strength of my coffee brew. It’s easy to clean and it’s sleek design are a compliment to my Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker

It does what a good coffee bean grinder is supposed to do . On dry days there is a great deal of static build up in the plastic catcher making the task of emptying it a bit of a challenge.

Well it does work but not all the time. The hopper is full but doesn’t feed coffee to the grinder. If you put the number for, say 12 cups you may only get enough ground coffee for only 4 cups. It works but not consistently.

This was a replacement for another burr grinder, another mfg. operates as I expected. Noisy but that is the nature of any coffee grinder. Grinds evenly. Very satisfied.

I bought this to replace a starbuck coffe grinder. Big mistske. I have power tools and vacuums that are less noisy than this thing. Wish I wouldn’t have threw out my old one.
