It stores my beans in an air-tight hopper, I just dial how many cups I want to make and push one button, and in less than a minute, the exact amount of fresh ground coffee is in my pot, ready to brew. Best grinder ever!

I replaced one for one. My old one was about 9 years old. The new one doesn’t grind as much coffee per grind as my last one did. Otherwise it’s good!!

Great entry level unit. If your going pro you may want to opt for the more expensive version by quisinart. Love this one for my daily coffee, French press.
