It’s a good product and the company stands by their product if you have a problem They will take care of it I have the coffee grinder that my son gave me as a gift because I needed one I’m very happy with it

Love this little grinder! It grinds consistently, is attractive on the counter, and is not too large. It is loud but that’s expected. Once you switch to freshly ground, you can’t go back!

Prepares coffee beans nicely. Unfortunately adds additional step off cleaning up the grounds on the counter top every morning. For some reason the grounds end up on the counter even though the grind catch is a closed container.

I am a novice with coffee grinders, but this seems to be an excellent grinder. It has enough options to meet any need and it seems to be quite consistent in grind.

The grinder works OK, but I SO wish the container was anti-static. I have to use a brush to get all of the grinds out & it makes an absolute MESS on the counter, coffee maker & it slows me down when I'm in a hurry in the morning. What a pain!!

This was a replacement for another burr grinder, another mfg. operates as I expected. Noisy but that is the nature of any coffee grinder. Grinds evenly. Very satisfied.

Functionality is great. Super easy to use. Getting the grains out of container into the filter is a mess, no easy way to pour them out. Occasionally gets jammed.

This is our third one of these (nothing lasts forever). They are great! Seem to be some re-engineering of the grinder, as evidenced by the different time to grind. Not a negative, just a change.

I'm love that I can set the amount to grind. The one change in would make would be to make the hopper lid seal so I can fill it and not worry about the beans getting stale.

We had purchased one of these before, and it had worked quite well. This one doesn’t seem to grind as many beans as we need, according to the settings.
