I love the ability to have so many setting to grind my beans. It also allows me to grind just for one cup up to a bunch, about 16 I think. Since I’m the only one drinking coffee I usually set it between 4-8 so I don’t have to ru it often but the beans are relatively freshly ground. I saw complaints about the machine causing a mess but I haven’t had any problems. I cup that receives the ground coffee should be snuggly coupled to the grinder, it sort of clicks when properly inserted. Grinding coffee is not quiet but I’m sure that is to be expected. Love my new grinder.

So far, so good! I've only had my coffee bean grinder... or, "Burr Mill" long enough to run 2 full bags through, but wow! Works perfectly. The first bag I ground a little too fine, so take some advice and, the first time you use it, grind juuuust enough for one pot of coffee. See if you like the setting. Obviously, if you don't, repeat one pot at a time till you get it like you like it. Keep in mind that the freshness of the beans, and the amount of time the beans were roasted can, and will likely, play a part in the grind setting. This mill makes adjusting those results easy and painless.

Bought this coffee grinder to replace a Mister Coffee grinder. This grinder is a little quieter and it has a more consistent grind. It is easier to clean the and was overall a very good choice to be a first time choice, or a replacement for another brand.

I bought this grinder because the one built-in to my Cuisanart coffeemaker stopped grinding enough coffee (bad design - no way to dismantle the grinder to clean it out). This stand alone grinder is quieter than the built-in one and allows for a range of grinds. I also appreciate that it makes the right amount of grind for the number of cups that you want to make. But it is messy. It is hard to get all the grounds out of the container, and lots of grind stick to the lid.

Burr grinders can be really expensive but this Cuisinart grinder is priced very affordably and it does a good job. We grind coffee for an ordinary drip coffee maker so we don’t change the grind; leaving it on medium-coarse. We have purchased three of these and still haven’t spent as much as the price we’d pay for just one of the other brands. This grinder can be a little messy to clean up after but that isn’t enough to reduce the rating.

I bought myself a ninja coffee bar for my birthday, and was looking for a great grinder to go with it. I found the cuisinart and it looked like a great option. Its amazing!! Takes a few seconds to grind fresh beans. There’s a pretty large compartment for the whole beans (holds about 1/2 bag of beans). You can grind anywhere from a single cup of coffee to 18. You can also adjust from fine to very course. I love that I can have a great fresh cup of coffee every morning. I highly recommend.

We purchased this a few weeks ago because having acquired a french press, we couldn't find a local store that carried whole beans AND had an in-store grinder. The nearest store that DID have both whole beans and an in-store grinder is too far away to make it convenient. This mill solved that problem. The mill has every setting you need to grind your coffee, whether you're making turkish (extra fine) or french press (coarse)...and everything in between. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and I am very pleased with this mill. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys fresh ground coffee. You won't be disappointed.

I had this great idea to use the coffee grinder to grind Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted crunch cereal. Since the grinder can grind coffee it should also grind cereal. Not a good idea, the nuts kept getting stuck in the shift that connected to the grinder section and it was hard to clean. This is what I learned, use a grinder to grind coffee and and a blender to grind wheat and nut cereals. Please be advised, if you are grinder coffee it is hard to clean.

Great grinder and the features are outstanding ! Only problem is it would be better if ground up coffee dropped straight down into a container. It blows the coffee grounds into the container through small opening and can get messy if you are not careful.

I bought this a couple a months ago, and I've used it about 5 times (I don't drink coffee every day). It's easy to use, but getting all the grinds out of the container can be messy if the lid falls off. I also wish I could grind just 1 or 2 cups. The lowest setting is 4 cups.
