Let me tell ya, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts and yogurt don’t hit that protein macro very easily. These are an easy grab and good source of protein and fiber. Both are essential with one another.

The Carmel is thick while it has a good crunch and I don’t get a weird aftertaste unlike other protein bars. The cookie crunch one had a lot of cookie pieces and a good crunch! Also did not have any strange taste in the cookie one! Overall the bars are smaller but definitely a good snack! I actively run, and these are a great pre run snack or post run energy refresher!

The texture is great, soft and not chalky at all which can sometimes be a problem with protein bars. There was a ton of caramel in the caramel crunch bar which added to its candy like appearance. They don’t expire for a year and will be great grab and go options for breakfast or a filling snack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The caramel is a really decadent touch that catapults this into a category all of its own. It’s very soft and doesn’t taste healthy at all! The protein bar itself has that protein aftertaste which did not bother me, but may bother someone else. Shipment damaged the caramel bars a bit, which was a small price to pay for how delicious they are, but would probably detract me from buying them in warmer weather. The cookie dough flavor is also very nice. The texture of these is really soft - not a puff flavor but more like a traditional nougat of a regular candy bar. I would definitely place this brand and these flavors in the top of my list and would be my preferred bar to purchase in person where the risk of damage would hopefully be less. Definitely holds its own in the protein bar arena and will have me trying more.

So you get some good flavor, without having to feel guilty. These are definitely filling! They are a really good snack or a great meal replacement.

For 20 grams of protein this is a really great bar since the higher the protein in powders or other bars can taste off or the texture is not appealing. I would recommend for anyone trying to increase their daily protein intake.

The caramel tasted so real and doesn’t taste artificial. This is my new snack . It’s healthy and taste amazing. I’m pregnant and I crave sugar every second of the day so hopefully this helps. The size it as big as candy bars and it is so easy to peel and eat.
