We love our Ninja BlendBOSS. It is easy to use and to clean, and it works well. We finally have a blender that actually blends ice and frozen fruit so we can enjoy smoothies.

I love that it sticks to my counter, since it blends hard and efficiently. It is big enough to blend a good size smoothly. Easy to clean and like the extra attachment to drink right out of it. Glad I made this purchase

Very nice blender for making my morning protein shakes. I love how easily the base screws onto the cup. I don't think this one will ever leak. The purple color is what sold me. I highly recommend.

Love everything about this. The colour is a great feature but love the how versatile this is along with not being bulky. It looks appealing too left on the counter.

This is the BEST blender.. I had the nurtibullet before this and this is by far so much better. It's quieter and easier to clean. We're also able to use the cup!! So less dishes!! I love how you're able to just blend and go.. a lot easier. And the color is just so darn cute

With my previous blender headed to the great appliance store in the sky, I needed a replacement that was powerful, convenient, and worth the money. I still own an older Ninja Nutri-Blender Pro with Auto-iQ that carried me through COVID. I am not necessarily loyal to one brand; I am more of an “if it ain’t broke, why fix it?” kind of guy. Ninja has simply treated me well over the years, so I decided to try the Ninja BlendBOSS. For my first smoothie, I used frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, protein powder, collagen powder, and milk. Protein powder can expose a weak blender quickly because it often leaves behind a gritty or chalky texture. The BlendBOSS handled everything in one cycle. There were no noticeable chunks of frozen fruit, no powder grit, and no need to run the blender again. The finished smoothie was thick, creamy, and smoother than Denzel Washington in American Gangster. The Auto-iQ programs make the BlendBOSS extremely easy to use. I can select a program, press the button, and work on something else nearby while it completes the cycle automatically. The progress lights show where it is in the blending process, and the machine stops when the program is finished. The base feels substantial, the design is sleek, and the handled tumbler is comfortable to carry. My package also included two tumblers and two reusable straws, although included accessories may vary depending on where the blender is purchased. I have only owned the BlendBOSS for a short time, so I cannot honestly judge its long-term durability yet. Based on its blending power, convenience, and first results, I am extremely impressed. I love everything about this blender EXCEPT, I would love to be able to purchase additional tumblers. Hopefully these will become available ASAP! Will rate it 5 stars once that is possible!

My best friend got me this blender for Xmas and I LOVE IT - but I do have two complaints. While the blender is fairly easy to clean, I am somehow getting smoothie particles in the handle of the blender. I don't see how this is possible as the handle is completely sealed off from the cup. I honestly wouldn't even care about the smoothie getting in the handle if it was possible for me to clean it out :( ALSO - I know it is not mold and my smoothies typically consist of spinach and blueberry, hence the dark color. My only other complaint is that the replacement cups are so expensive!

After two washes and one use mold has started to grow inside the hallow handle. There is a thin opening where the top of the handle meets the tumbler that isn't sealed where water gets inside and is trapped. The handle cannot be removed to wash, wipe out, or dry. Very disappointing design flaw because I like the product but cannot fathom drinking from a moldy vessel and I only imagine the issue worsening overtime as more water seeps through. Please consider redesigning the tumbler with a solid handle instead. Otherwise the motor is powerful and blades are sharp enough to make smooth consistent drinks with lots of frozen ingredients. Proceed with caution.
