The middle was soft with seeds throughout which I liked. The sides and bottom were good. I wasn’t a fan of the top. I prefer eating bread that isn’t toasted and fresh. My cousin tried it but she toasted it. She thought it was good and thought the top tasted good. Overall, I liked the bread and really liked the seeds in it.

It toasted perfectly and had just the right crunch to softness ratio i like toast to have. I also tried it with a sandwich and shared half with my partner who didn’t notice a difference to regular bread. I love the use of avocado and seeds are always so good in bread but I wasn’t crazy about allulose as an ingredient because O can be sensitive to it. I was just careful not to have too much of this bread in one day. I tried this bread in exchange for my honest opinions.

It’s very soft with an almost sweet flavor and some sizable seeds to add crunch. I LOVE that it has a lot of fiber plus vitamin D. And no net carbs, what?!?! Get out. It’s good. Really good. No matter if it’s a cold cut sandwich you’re making or PB toast or avocado toast or a grilled cheese, it’ll taste great. Yummmmmm!

I especially loved that it wasn’t overly filled with seeds but just enough to know that you are getting that source of nutrition and a small sampling of it. Really loved that it was made with avocado but didn’t have the flavor of it. Very versatile bread and fit perfectly with all the variety of things we want to eat on bread; peanut butter and jelly, toasted with butter, tuna fish etc. Really really good, would love to continue with this brand and will definitely recommend to family and friends!
