It has an ok texture, not as soft and moist as I would like. The size is small and not too thick, which is perfect for keto diet which is low carbs. Maybe it was delivered in the mail box in hot weather, the bread turned sour. The taste is not very pleasant. I might buy one in the store to try and test it.

I toasted with some butter and added some turkey breast along with an avocado, salt and pepper which makes it so much tastier. I also dripped it a little bit of truffle oil on top of it. The bread is really healthy and didn’t spike my glucose much as I’m tracking it with my continuous glucose monitor. It’s the perfect bread for diabetes. I will recommend this for anyone who wants to be healthier.
