just put it together so do not know about any long, or short term use. took a little under 1 hour to unbox and assemble one bolt hole a little off caused extra time and effort otherwise easy. very comfy to sit in. different sitting feel than a regular desk chair so that will take some getting use to

Beautiful and comfortable! Replaced my current more traditional office chair with this one for better aesthetic. Was concerned I would sacrifice comfort, that’s why I went with a Serta chair and I’m glad I did. I work hybrid and my days home this chair has been perfect and I like how deep the seat is for when I want to put my leg up. My place looks so much better with this chair vs my old one. Happy!

Took me a little under an hour to unbox and put chair together..no tools required 1 is provided..one of the bolt holes was a little off which took some extra time and effort ..just got it done so can not commit on durability but is sure is comfy on the first sit. Different then my old regular desk chair so will take a little getting use to but I love that it is different. Bottom says you need different coasters if not on carpet. I am on wood . Will see how that goes

This will go in two different locations...at my home office and my kitchen desk.

If you’re care for aesthetics only, this will work great! I wanted something cute and comfortable, but this was not it. The seat is firm, my butt hurts halfway through my workday, and the wheels fall off at least once a day. I purchased this because some of the reviews mentioned this was a smaller chair and I’m a smaller person - 5 ft - and it’s still too big. Will be returning.

Chair is comfortable and looks very nice…two months old and coming apart at the seams. I would not recommend.
