Amazing headphones

Love these headphones so much. They're so comfortable and totally noise cancelling. Sleek designs and gender neutral. Love that these are at a more affordable price than other brands but just as good quality if not better.

better quality for less in AliExpress

I bought these cause they were on sale and the price was comparable to the headphones found online. but when I went home to try them it was just ok the feel quality is subpar and was kinda heavy. it's pretty small too barely fits my head. the other headphones I have was 40 bucks and sounds better and feels better. I just mistreated it so that's on me.

Weird Undesired Functionality NoDigitalFootprint

Decent headset, its about a 50$ value in my opinion. It lacks in multiple departments. 1. Unclear functionality - documentation on this is unclear, and due to the only official information on it being from Sams' webpage, it is difficult to troubleshoot any issues. 2. 3.5mm mic is fake? - I've done some testing, and it appears the the headset has a built-in mic, and all the 3.5mm mic attachment does is put the headset in a different mode that makes the mic quality a tiny bit better. 3. lack of standard functionality, exacerbated by 2., since the Mic itself is embedded in the earcuffs, and the headphones lack a mute button, there is no way to disable audio recording, which is a real problem when taking calls using this device. 4. Volume Control. This is less of an issue and more of a comment on overall design. The product has built-in audio controls! which are great, I always appreciate additional audio controls. The downside is these audio controls are specific to the device, rather than sending a volume modification command to the connected device. As a result, the headset could be turned all the way down while your device is all the way up, which contributes to a confusing user experience. 5. Digital Footprint. I went online to attempt to troubleshoot the above issues, this device has NO footprint. it doesn't exist to Pioneer, and the only place I could find any information on the manual was a scan on manuals.plus, which isn't my favorite thing. E%26S, the supplier, producer, distributer, and warranter for this product, has no customer facing portal that I could locate, only having a "Sales" front. The warranty information on the manual doesn't even have contact for E%26S, instead directing you to reach out to Pioneer to make the situation even more confusing. Pioneer's website has NO indication that this product exist, including manuals, so the consumer is left uncertain that they are even submitting to the correct place. 6. minor gripes. The manual has a concerning typo of the sort you would find in a spam email, stating "Bluet00th" and then "Bluetooth" in the same sentence, which raised red-flags as to the quality control of the product and general attention to detail a Pioneer branded product should normally exhibit, exacerbated by the lack of digital footprint, unclear and misleading documentation with the product. This almost appears to be a drop-shipped product rather than a quality wireless headphone set.

Subpar ANC, otherwise good.

3.5 stars. They sound good, but ANC is kinda weak. I bought 2 pairs and might only keep the only one I opened because of this. The 2.4Ghz dongle works great too. Even works on Linux!

Great fit & construction but has weird issues

I bought this but had issues and returned it. The construction felt sturdy the fit was good. The sound range felt narrow but im not a cinephile. The main issues are random chipmunking and pairing. It will pair multiple things it says. If u turn it on and don't already have something its paired to awaiting it enters pairing mode. Because of that everytime I turn off my tv that im pairing too the headset loudly announces to my apartment neighbors above snd across hall that its auto entering pairing mode so they can choose to pair to it out of curiosity. It say can be simultaneously paired to multiple things so im not sure how id kick them off. I could turn it off but upon turning it on they could just reconnect sonce they are already paired. I like pairing being an intentional process u enter once and pair quickly ans never enter pairing again until u need to. U don't have to worry that ur headphones are letting others connect. bluetooth is a whole databand not just audio. If someone pairs their computer to my headset and I pair mine to it also then the headset is a databridge and Im not aware someone else is crossing over it. The pairing feature is tied to the on button and appears to enter pairing everytime some paired device of urs is turned off or not turned on. Id rather pressing on/off turn the thing on/off holding it down 5 seconds pairs. But u have to hold it down to turn it on and its on/pairing both. Now for chipmunkaphobia. It will pitch up and sounds like speed up some voices. It creeps up on u. You start to wonder if that dude on that tv show voice got higher but why the other person dont sound higher. Notice seems to happen after a pause as well. Turning audio source off headphones and back resets the weird chipmunk feature. But it happens so often it ruins everything and makes u paranoid about everyone potentially being a covert chipmunk. Did this person get chipmunked did that person did they sound like that a minute ago. Also I had a prior pioneer headset long ago with no issues snd no latency. I didn't even realize bluetooth audio latency was a thing until these. 90% of everything ive watched on youtube app on tv the sound is not matching the lips. One specific stream it did. Also it seemed netflix was in sync. The latency and chipmunking issues make this unusable for me. It refers to paired devices as phone 1. I was thinking the box had a wider end user item type that a person might have this conected to. But even if ur just using this with a phone its going to turn ur friends into chipmunks.

Pioneer is Back!

Pioneer is back! Pioneer has not released their own headphone in over 6 years. I've been missing them. With Pioneer dj now becoming a new brand, I thought my days of daily driving a pair of pioneers were numbered. These are some seriously good cans. Sound quality is what you'd expect from pioneer. Bright highs, pronounced lows and clear mids. These are up to par with some of their best headphones. Not quite on Master-1 level though. They have tons of features and are quite comfy. 10/10 from me. Now these are made by a separate manufacturer for pioneer. So I didn't expect them to be quite like what I'm used to but they definitely captured what made pioneer cans great. I did so some looking into the manufacturer, they seem to be a manufacturer for a lot of brands who just don't seem to have the means necessary to keep up with demands. So they make pretty much anything for anyone. I have a feeling pioneer may have had their hands in the design at least to a point.
