Love love this company!! Our set is beautiful and a great price. We did have a hiccup with our set, we were missing our dot tiles. But I emailed the company and they promptly fixed the issue and sent us the new tiles. Great customer service and great product.

I have several times tile sets that cost more and I have to say the blooming set is by far my favorite. I first was in love with them because they reminded me of pink jello but I also love the incredible detailed pictures as well. They are also easy to read for newer players.

These looked cute and the color on the back is pretty, so I was very excited to get them especially at this price point! However, playing with them we realized you can't see what someone else has called across a standard card table because the font is too small. Once broken out of the packaging, it is difficult to get the tiles back into their bag. Finally, the jokers picture uncomfortably antiquated and generic images of Asian people. I decided to return the set.

After purchasing the Fire Horse Starter Kit and loving it, I decided to buy the Bloom tile set from JoyC, through Sam's — and it is absolutely beautiful. The colors and artwork are elegant, calming, and even prettier in person. The tiles feel wonderful to play with, and the entire set makes Mahjongg feel like a special experience instead of just a game. I use them often, and they quickly became one of my favorite sets. What impressed me most, though, was JoyC's customer service. I accidentally damaged some of the Bloom tiles myself and contacted JoyC by email asking how to avoid the problem in the future. I was completely honest that the issue was my mistake. Their response was amazing — they replied within minutes and immediately sent replacement tiles. That level of customer service is rare today and honestly deserves recognition. Beautiful products, thoughtful design, and a company that truly cares about its customers. I would absolutely purchase from JoyC again.

The set is stunning, however there are no red dragons in my set, I'm sad I have to return it

JoyC had amazing customer service! I had tiles that stated chipping paint. They answered my email within the hour on Easter evening, no less, and I had replacement tiles within a week. I highly recommend this company.
