My dog goes in and out to the backyard from the back door so there’s always flies and just small bugs go into the house. And this fan has proven it works, it has gotten few flies and bugs the first night! Love it

But I like it because it's easy to set up, a lot of time setting to choose ( 3 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours or always on)so quiet and work well. I put it in my kitchen, where sometimes it has flies and bugs. After 3 days used, I got some bugs in it. It actually works.

This does the trick. They just fly right in (attracted by the purple light) and the fan sends them to a sticky pad at the bottom. I've just used this overnight, and I'm impressed with it's functionality and effectiveness. Don't expect it to kill hundreds overnight, but it will capture the ones that hop around on your window. Much more sanitary than those fly strips or a zapper. Perfect for a kitchen with a few irritating flys or bugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yall! Let me just tell you how excited I was when I saw this gadget in my Influenster offers! I’m a nurse, and I work in pediatric home health. The sweet, precious little girl I work with has the most awful reaction to mosquitos 🦟 So naturally they are constantly finding a way into the house! We all live in Florida, and there’s water literally everywhere so good luck finding an area where you don’t have to deal with them 😣 I scooped up this thing so fast and took it straight to my girl’s home! With parents permission I set it up in her room. I followed the assemblage directions, which were extremely simple. It comes with 5 sticky traps that you can buy refills of. So real quick, let me explain how this actually works. You turn on the LED lights. The lights attract the mosquitoes, and other flying insects to it. When they fly toward the light, they are pulled down by the suction of a fan whirring beneath them in the chamber. When they are pulled down into the chamber the insects are then stuck on a glue trap. Because it uses lights to attract the bugs it is best to keep it out of direct window light, in a more naturally darkened area or corner of the room. It’s extremely easy to set up, and easy to use. Since using it the past three weeks, my girl has not gotten any mosquito bites while in her room! The only ones she has gotten happened outside of the home when they were at a cookout. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who struggles with mosquito bite reactions, or is concerned with keeping them away from their young ones, babies, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is simple to use. You take on of the sticky pieces and put it in the bottom of the canister and plug it in. The light and fan turns on once it’s plugged in. The cord for this trap is quite short (about 1-2 feet long) so I was not able to have it very close to our sitting spot on the porch. When I checked the device after having it on for about 30 minutes, there were bugs trapped at the bottom. I wish I could find a better way other than an extension cord to have this closer to my sitting area outside. Overall, it does work!
