[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked these pans. Aesthetically they are very eye catching. They are a little on the heavier side, but not in a bad way. It is just because they are built to be sturdy. You can tell the handles are well attached because there is no wiggle, but because they are metal they can heat up quite a bit if they are next to another burner that is on. The point of contact with the stove is completely flat so it results in even heating of the pan. It does say on the packaging that it can be used for all stove types except induction burners, so if you have that type of stove top you might want to look into a different pan. It also says that it is oven and broiler safe up to 600°F, but I never tried doing that. So far I haven't had any issues using the pans on a gas burner. After they are heated up, the pans retain their heat well and they heat evenly. The bottom of the pans still look new after many uses. They say they are dishwasher safe, but I have only hand washed them. The pans are easy to clean, and I haven't had any issues with food sticking to the pan. Personally, I think it would be more convenient if they had some kind of pour spout for pouring out oil and grease so it wasn't as messy. Also with the way I like to cook, I wish they came with lids, but that is just my preference. These pans are really nice. They cook evenly, clean easily, and don't feel like they are going to fall apart. That is what really makes a good pan.

Kinda just slides off in the sink, I’ve been avoiding the dishwasher as per the instructions (although it is dishwasher safe)

I have had these for a few weeks now. I love the color. They seem durable and slick. I have put mine in the broiler for about 5 minutes with no problem. I got these to replace my two year old Venice Pro Stainless Steel that was chipping and no longer nonstick. One thing to note is that the sides of this pan are noticeably shorter than my old Venice Pro. I have bought silicone pan protectors that I hope will better protect these and lead to them lasting longer. I wish they sold more individual pieces because i definitely don’t need a full set.

Cooking has been great so far: eggs, veggies, even fish glide right off, and cleanup is easy. That said, it definitely feels like a pan you need to treat gently, only medium heat, no metal utensils, and I hand wash to keep it looking nice. Too soon to judge long-term durability, but right now I’m happy with it.

The only thing I personally lacked in this set is a lid for these pans, but they can be used universal lids. Easy to clean with a soft sponge or in the dishwasher !

I’ve been dreaming for to long to have a cookware set that’s not only beautiful but actually performs and the GreenPan Reserve Pro checks all the boxes. My cream set with gold handles is so beautiful that I actually leave a few on the stovetop for display because they are way too beautiful to hide. It adds luxury and elegance to my kitchen. I love the performance these pans deliver - heats evenly, cleans like a dream, and is toxin-free. It truly doesn’t stick, and cleaning is so easy everything just slides off.
