Dysfunctional design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most poorly designed bottom rack I've ever seen or had the misfortune to have bought. The rack jumps off the track even when empty. Add a few dishes and it becomes more unstable and with a full rack of dishes it is impossible to keep on the track. We have had three different racks and a service call and it still is not functioning. I'm done with this product.

Great Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We Have used the dishwasher a few times now and it has worked flawlessly. The dishwasher is very quiet. We only use the one hour cycle and the dishes are clean. The pop-open feature at the end of the cycle helps in the drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet and Cleans well Bought this to fit a smaller space. I wish it had a third rack but it's overall very quiet and cleans well. It is light weight.
Defective lower rack
The lower rack of the dishwasher does not fit properly in its tracks, causing it to get stuck as we try to slide it in and out (to load and unload), and it frequently falls from the tracks, all off-kilter, to the bottom of the dishwasher, requiring us to finaigle it back into place time and again. It's very frustrating. We're told that LG has developed a rack with a different style mechanism, including wheels with ball bearings that will allow the rack to be slid in and out more smoothly. However, that redesigned lower rack has been on backorder for weeks now...most likely because of this wide-spread defect with their product.

I think it a very poorly made product!!! Five day after the dishwasher was installed, we had to call for repairs . they switched out the mother board and other parts. Now the bottom rack can not hold a set of dishes with out falling off it roller. If I could I would return it ...........

Flimsy bottom rack
The bottom rack is very difficult to maneuver- it feels to flimsy for the weight of the dishes. It does not roll smoothly and after 4 times running it one of the wheels broke. They have come out and are going to replace the wheel but I am afraid this may become a long term problem.
