It worked well with the laptop top slot and separate bottom pocket to pack. I like how the top pops open very wide to make packing easy. The bottom is cool for extra space. It is a good size for one night for me. I'm a heavy packer but I'm sure my husband could use this for a few days long trip. The material of the bag is thick and durable. I like that it has a slot to slide on suitcase handle for longer trips. It also has a longer strap you can attach to carry easier. I would recommend it.

The drop-bottom compartment easily fit two pairs of shoes and I still had space left over, which is clutch for travel. Inside the main section, I packed a giant makeup bag filled with makeup and skincare, plus undies, a pair of jeans, a sweater, a shirt, and a pair of PJs — and there was still room in the internal pockets. The quality of construction feels solid and sturdy, with smooth zippers and seams that give confidence it'll last trip after trip. It's deep and deceptively spacious, yet the design keeps it from being heavy or cumbersome to carry. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a lovely weekender duffel! I got a wine red duffel that just makes me smile. The outside fabric feels like water resistant nylon material. There is a drop bottom feature for dirty shoes and laundry. I like that there's a padded laptop sleeve that can fit my 14” laptop. There are outside pockets on both sides of the bag. Inside I found a zippered opening and two slip pockets. The adjustable shoulder strap is padded. The duffel has feet to keep it off the ground. The trolley sleeve is my one complaint. It is just a small strap on the outside, so it looks like it could easily rip off after time. Honestly, I think this “weekender” bag can fit a week's worth of supplies for me!!!!

I really love the bottom portion of the bag, inside there i was able to securely pack my laptop and even another thick cardigan along with my shoes. You no longer have to worry about running out of space with these added sections, you're able to pack more while also keeping everything separated. The quality is truly unmatched, it's very sturdy, the straps on it are durable and not flimsy so no more worrying about whether or not your luggage is going to fall apart. As a bonus it also comes with a longer strap in which you're able to wear it on the shoulders or even in a crossbody style. You can also use the strap or carry it with the comfortable handles. Will be using this quite a bit. As a warning, if you are an overpacker, there are bars at the opening that give the bag structure but can prevent you from zipping it up if you try and put to much in.

The bag is well constructed with thick material and decently padded handles. I fully loaded it up with 2 pairs of jeans, 6 shirts, 3 sets of bras and underwear, bulky sweater, leggings and a swim outfit, pj's, robe and socks and a tablet. It was a bit heavy weighing in at 15 lbs loaded. I like the ample amount of pockets and padded laptop compartment. This would be a good back for someone who travels for work. I think this sturdy bag will last for years, as the material is really think, and heavy duty zippers.
