As a member of the GreenPan kitchen team, I tested this product and I’m excited to share my review. I am a mom of three kids and an avid cook so I need cookware that is dependable. Reserve Pro has saved my life! It has remarkable nonstick release, is free of PFAS so I do not have to worry, plus it stacks to save room in my cabinets. I have made omelets, pastas, veggies, everything - and it all came out beautifully! Not to mention the color is stunning!! I have already received so many compliments of how it looks in my kitchen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan is really nice and elegant looking. I like that you can put in an oven up to 600 °f and it is safe. It looks more high-end and fancy. It is toxin free. It is made from healthy ceramic non-stick and is pfas-free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this pan for about a month, and it’s honestly stunning, the color with the gold handle looks high-end on my stove. Cooking has been great so far: eggs, veggies, even fish glide right off, and cleanup is easy. That said, it definitely feels like a pan you need to treat gently, only medium heat, no metal utensils, and I hand wash to keep it looking nice. Too soon to judge long-term durability, but right now I’m happy with it.

We eat a lot of chicken in my house and it didn’t stick to the pan. I always use plastic with my pans to keep the material in place and make the pan last longer- fingers crossed this does the same! It feels like it will be a long haul product!

Best of all it’s not heavy either, since I have a very weak wrist so it worked out great for me. This set is not only pleasing to look at but it is also easy to cook with. I've used them so far to sear, sauté and everything in between.

I love the nonstick ceramic coating and I am really happy to add it to my collection of larger GreenPan pans. I love how effectively and evenly it cooks, and how food doesn't stick to it. It's also easy to clean and great for frying eggs or other smaller items.
