When I tried a sample of sizzle at a friend's house I stopped her and asked where the olive oil was from because the taste took me right back to my time living in Granada, Spain south of Jaen where Graza is made:) It's not just the taste but the quality of the olive oil from the region. Use both all the time both love the drizzle , its flavor is so unique and adds to any dish. I also like the idea of saving it for select use cases while using sizzle for all things skillet related. This is how I typically use both.
