They both smell very different from my previous olive oils, lighter, more floral. They add to every dish, never used a finishing oil before but a Drizzle over the top of shrimp,burst tomatoes and white beans made a great dish perfect. Really enjoying these 2 products. Will keep on doing so

Nothing like believing you have a sophisticated palate and realizing you've been a connoisseur of rancid EVO. The packaging, bottle design, explanation of the difference in the olives harvest between sizzle and drizzle is immaculate. But the taste is what keeps me coming back for more— it's so distinct, fresh, and honestly goes with anything (ice cream, yogurt, pasta, eggs, salad). The learning curve from rancid oil to graza is steep but it's expedited. The moment you taste the oil you can never go back—it's worth the climb!

Your EVOO is exceptional! We can definitely taste the difference. There is one thing I'd like to recommend you look into: On your bottles - excellent to use the dark color; however, would it be possible for you to incorporate a horizontal thin strip of clear plastic - from top to bottom - to know visually how much oil is left in the bottle? Right now I'm going by guessing by the weight.

I love having the two varieties, it's been fun to cook with and easy to use. Drizzle is SO delicious, I had it with Burrata and peaches this weekend with some balsamic glaze, phenomenal! It is a high price point but for the quality and taste it is a good option- I would rather spend money on something I know is going to taste good and not get a higher quantity of lower quality to save a few bucks. Will definitely buy a refill.

We actually did really love our set, though just after our auto-delivery arrived, we found that the small amount left in our original Drizzle bottle had "turned" or seemed rancid, though only after we had added it to a salad dressing that we were preparing for guests. Luckily had not poured onto salad yet but it was a disappointment to start over with lemon squeezing, etc. Bottle had been kept on a shelf in a dark, cool cabinet so felt it should have lasted longer.

it's the little things, right? Graza makes a weeknight meal feel like a treat and a feast. This isn't your ordinary EVOO — I taste a little every time i'm in the kitchen, giving my chilly autumn a warm, summertime feel. The spiciness hits just at the back of the mouth, the smell of it in a hot pan fills the kitchen, everyyything about it is exceptional. Seriously the best oil I have used, and that is coming from a religious Brightland buyer. The drizzle bottle is something I never knew I needed and now I can't imagine eyeballing the massive globs of oil coming out of a heavy, slimy, glass bottle anymore.

Love love and just upped my subscription to 2 bottles of sizzle because that's how much I use in a month. The Graza Vodka sauce recipe is SO SO DELICIOUS. My family went bananas. So incredibly flavorful (due to anchovies) and the bread crumbs are such a nice twist and crunch. A must try. So easy.

You can actually taste the difference between these two yummy olive oils. The finishing oil is a bit more vibrant and strong, with some slight citrus notes, while the cooking oil is more subtle and flexible so it doesn't overpower anything you're cooking. The colors are also so bright and clean, you don't feel heavy after eating something that might be more oil-heavy.

Words fall short for this olive oil. If you're like I was, you're just buying something mid-tier from the grocery store, thinking they all taste roughly the same, why does it even matter which you get?! You are, like I was, woefully incorrect. My wife asked for a subscription to Graza for Christmas last year and, while I didn't understand it, I was happy to get it for her. She did not have to ask me to renew it this year, I am a customer for life. You could drink this stuff. You drizzle it on toast and it tastes like you slathered the toast in butter. It is perfect for cooking everything. As if the sheer quality of the product wasn't enough, especially for the price, they randomly throw in freebies like tote bags, lemon juicers, hard-cover recipe books, etc a few times a year.
