Great pan for cooking as long as you follow the directions and use only medium low heat. Be very careful the top edge just chipped very easily. I have a brand new set and they’re chipped all around. Additionally, the outside will discolored if you are not very careful about the flame diameter on gas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying how beautiful this set is the color oyster is so pretty the pearl color on the inside and pale pink almost gray it’s so unique. I have been using these nonstop since I received them. Nothing sticks I made honey garlic chicken, fish, vegetables, pancakes everything cooks evenly. I did follow the quick tips preheating and using silicone utensils as I want to preserve them as long as I can. No warping so far and I have cooked multiple meals. Clean up is a breeze all I used was a soft sponge and everything just melts off easily. I of course recommend green pan frying pans to everyone you will love these. I love the nonstick ceramic coating and I am really happy to add it to my collection of larger GreenPan pans. I love how effectively and evenly it cooks, and how food doesn't stick to it. I’ve been dreaming for to long to have a cookware set that’s not only beautiful but actually performs and the GreenPan Reserve Pro checks all the boxes. My cream set with gold handles is so beautiful that I actually leave a few on the stovetop for display because they are way too beautiful to hide. It adds luxury and elegance to my kitchen. I love the performance these pans deliver - heats evenly, cleans like a dream, and is toxin-free. It truly doesn’t stick, and cleaning is so easy everything just slides off. Cooking has been great so far: eggs, veggies, even fish glide right off, and cleanup is easy. That said, it definitely feels like a pan you need to treat gently, only medium heat, no metal utensils, and I hand wash to keep it looking nice. Too soon to judge long-term durability, but right now I’m happy with it.
