The all-in-one, keyboard, and mouse work well for me. I have typed for years, so appreciate the keyboard in particular. The box arrived in good shape, easy to unpack, I needed to do a bit almost immediately, then waited over a week to complete set-up. Even done that way, things went well.

My almost 8 year old HP All-in-One was dying under Windows 11. Out of date processor and not enough memory made simple searches take longer than going to the library to look thing up. I kept watching and finally upgraded to a new All-in-One, but the better deal was on a 28" monitor rather than the 24". It's great. They made some key board changes and I may go back to the old keyboard for better placement of volume control.

Love the excellent screen, and I got it at a good price, so I'm pleased with the value component. And it seems fast enough for my needs, however I'm not giving the extra star as HP only included a wired mouse and keyboard, instead of wireless, which is of course much more modern. And finally the hard drive is small, so I had to buy an additional drive.

The set up was easier than I expected. I have some problems/challenges with getting the settings to do what I want though that is partially due to my knowledge level. In some cases I do not know what the choices mean. I use my PC for news, email and various online accounts. Overall I am quite pleased.

i like the all in one unit. Fast enough for the accounting I do. Would be nice to have an option of operating system (ie. Linux) a lot of my programs aren't compatible with Win.11

The only flaw I see is the base. It’s not very sturdy and it makes the monitor wobble quite a bit. Being an all in one, the screen is naturally heavy, and perhaps having 2 bases or legs separated works provide more stability

I mostly like my HP AIO. The pages are clear and bright. The colors are vivid and the sound is good. I have an HP AIO printer also. I bought it at about the same time. My problem is I am unable to print. I've been in touch with HP about this several times. This is the reason for my 4 stars. I will call again tomorrow and try to resolve.

The computer works fine. What I'm not happy about is the All In One I had before this one was only three years old. And the HP computer I had before that one lasted at least 10 years. Further, I had to pay extra for the keyboard and mouse. It was not included in the original package. We have been an HP family for a long time. HP made no attempt to assuage my angst that its three year old machine failed. It also failed to inform me that the new All In One did not come with a keyboard and mouse. Not a happy camper.

Hard to believe it, but this HP All-in-one that I bought to replace a ten year old HP All-in-one runs more slowly than my old computer. Very slow to restart unless user closes every window before allowing computer to go to sleep.

The BIOS says it needs updating but when I go to update it the procedure fails. After numerous tries I gave up.
