I have to keep in mind this is indoor unit and should not be compared to my outside smoker. It does not support the concept low and slow in the reset recipes. The recipes work well but not as tender as i like. The high smoke level does not generate a thick bark. You can't get a thick bark. I thoughtn I get an assortment of pellets I only got the Premium Blend. Still a thumbs up.

I was not sure how this was going to work, but it was hot over the holidays and I did not want to cook outside in the heat. The smoke on the meat and the tenderness after cooking in this unit was amazing.

Move into an apartment, and was upset that I didn't have a place to smoke food, so I see this unit, and had it for a month now, and never let me down, and didn't disappoint..

So far so good Its a little tight but will fit a pork shoulder or 2 slabs of rib. Good enough for me. Cleans easy and I don’t really notice smoke smell in the house.

I purchased this indoor smoker as a Christmas gift for my husband, and we have used it almost every week since! I highly recommend this item to anyone who enjoys smoked foods.

They need to get a fix for the preheating problem. Where the machine stays in preheating mode? Because it's just going to keep happening until they fix the problem for good

The compacity is really small it is great to use. The temperature is very good and easy to use The temperature is great and the temperature probe is another feature that work whic again makes The difference in the same way as the other products.
