I have had the product for a short while and have used it everyday, and i have noticed a big difference. it has really helped my digestion and regularity. My whole system seems to be working in symmetry. I am really enjoying this product and highly recommend it!

I got these a few weeks ago to try out and I have to say it has really helped with my digestive system. My gut health has gotten so much better since I started taking it. I like that it does have a harsh smell and they are easy to swallow pills. Will be using these from now own .

Call me a wimp, but I was really hoping these would be the smaller size, rather than the huge veg capsules that are harder to swallow. There's nothing jagged about them---it's just that they are not small, and not as pleasant to take as some of my other Sports Research supplements, which come in small softgel format. But that's just me---I can't stand horsepills of any sort. Many people don't have this hangup, and will probably find these pills to be tolerable.

I started taking the SR Probiotics after being on 2 different antibiotics. Initially, the thought of food make my stomach turn. I believe I was 3 days into the Probiotics and I noticed a considerable difference! It was all good until I had to go on yet another antibiotic.
