This is much better than any other probiotic I have taken. After learning about the brain-gut connection, I've been trying to take as many probiotics as possible. I've tried a couple other brands, but nothing has compared to sports research's probiotic. I feel amazing, more regular, and overall more healthy.

I've been taking these after meals lately and they work so well! I have a super sensitive stomach and have a tough time digesting food, but this has helped so much. I'm also lactose intolerant which is so difficult for finding probiotics/supplements, but these do not contain dairy! Overall, I'm loving these and would recommend!

When I take this I notice a benefit to my digestion. It's not like medicine that takes over your system, but a help to keep you regular and digesting things well. I eat really well most of the time, but work takes my schedule off course and using supplements like this help smooth out the rough spots in my week. I'm 60 and learning more each year. I really feel great when taking the Sports Research - Daily Probiotics. The capsules are really easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. I definitely recommend taking these. And although it is highly recommended refrigerating them it is good to know that you don't have to do so.

This product is not only plant-based, but it also has ginger. The added ginger is a plus to any probiotic, so it helped with my digestion surprisingly fast. I was actually really impressed with the amount of enzymes it had, more than most I have seen with ginger added.

I like to take a probiotic for gut health and immunity and this product works well to keep my gut moving. Easy to swallow capsule that is easily digested and does what a probiotic should do. These enzymes really do seem to be high quality. I take one in the morning and one during lunch time and everything seems to digest really well. This particular blend covers every kind of food group, and all that while being plant-based and easy to swallow. As we age we produce less digestive enzymes.This excellent formula has 15 enzymes to digest protein, fats, carbohydrates , fibers and one strain of probiotics. I am very satisfied with the product.

We love these probiotics! My husband and I both take them daily. This is the first probiotic that we've taken that is “delayed release”. Not sure if that is why we've noticed such a difference with taking these ones. My husband slacks on taking his vitamins and supplements more than I do, so when he misses a few days of the probiotic- he definitely notices! He has a weak stomach and is always having stomach issues. But once he gets back to taking these daily, he bounces back to a healthy and regular gut within a day or two! I swear he thought he was lactose intolerant and tried so many different elimination diets to pinpoint why he is constantly waking up with stomach issues. But turns out all he needed was this daily probiotic! I feel good when I'm taking them and I especially like to take them if I am on an antibiotic (which is rare), to combat the loss of good bacteria in my body. Twelve different strains and 60 billion CFU are great metrics for a probiotic, too. I think the entire body's health stems from the gut so keeping it healthy is very important to us! I also have not noticed any bad flavor or scent from the capsules.
