Call me a wimp, but I was really hoping these would be the smaller size, rather than the huge veg capsules that are harder to swallow. There's nothing jagged about them---it's just that they are not small, and not as pleasant to take as some of my other Sports Research supplements, which come in small softgel format. But that's just me---I can't stand horsepills of any sort. Many people don't have this hangup, and will probably find these pills to be tolerable.
