These capsules are great. I like the fact that there is ginger in them and it's a probiotic. Great packaging once again with the black bottle to keep sunlight out. Plant based also!

Got these for my wife as a hopeful help to get things moving. After 2 weeks of taking them she has started to add Metamucil as the enzyme wasn't working on its own.

Works great at regulating my gut. I don't feel bloated or have an upset stomach after taking. Very gentle but excellent at getting everything moving. My husband started taking them as well and he couldn't believe how well they worked.
