If you have arthritis you are what I call a adult Rice Krispy. You get up in the morning and start popping when you get up and start moving. I have tried a lot of fish oil but I haven't found anything that actually helps like this one. Krill oil but when you are looking for the one you need always read your labels closely not all is treated appropriately. You want one that was gotten from antarctic from that fish you will receive the benefits you wanting. Read the label this krill oil has the most omega 3 but also look to make sure it says 1600 mg of pure Antarctica krill oil, 174 mg of EPA, and 120 mg of DHA. When you read all of this on the list of ingredients on the label you know you have the real thing. Now it won't happen overnight but continue to take it you will get up one morning and you won't hear snap, crackle and pop but you will look around to see if you are the only one in the room. Let me also say even though you are feeling better talk to your doctor. Look for this brand when you are shopping for krill oil. Then continue to dance around the room without popping.

These come in a Black bottle which helps keep them away from heat and light. They don't stick together like most krill oil caps. I believe this is just a choice of taking Omega-3 or the krill oil. For me I choose the omega-3 because that's what my doctor told me to take. These are quality products so either or or perhaps both for your situation would be fine.

They are on the smaller side of most supplements which pleasantly makes them easier to swallow. They are liquid gel's however they seem all little on the thicker side. Smell wasn't great but not horrible either. Same with the taste but it was bearable especially for the health benefits.

I had never heard of this and then did some research its good for your over all health for your immune brain helps with cholesterol and high blood pressure so this is something i want to continue to take and see how i goes it helps me from stopping my hearf from racing so i definitely plan to continue to use this

I have taken Krill Oil before but never tried Superba2. I have been taking it and I can tell some difference in it. Some say they are krill oil but this is 500 mg and is 5 star Certified. So you know what you are getting. That helps. I need this to get my Omega 3.

The capsules themselves are not too big, so I can take them easily. I like that there is not an overpowering fish smell when I take them.
