Honestly, I have no idea what krill oil is but I assume it is a type of fish oil. It's part of my routine right now and hope it is helping me out.

Love Sports and Research products! This Krill Oil's ingredients lists that it is made with no harsh ingredients and states that the capsules are Kosher gelatin yet this is made with Crustacean Shell Fish (Krill) which is not Kosher.

The capsules have no fishy smell or after taste. I am satisfied with this product.
