Smooth pill to swallow. But if it does not go down it is nasty. There is a pretty strong smell from pill and bottle. Again not sure if working cause only been taking it for a little over a week. Probably need to be on it longer

Awesome item! I was sent this as a sample to try. This doesn't give you weird fish burps so don't be concerned about that. So far, I've not had any strange side effects. The quality seems great!
