This microwave matches our new forno range. They are professional in appearance--beautiful. It's a bit of a learning curve as it has convection capability as well as regular microwave. It has a lot of room, too. It's a great addition to our newly remodeled kitchen!

Beautiful unit, love the size, works well and cooks food great on any setting, so far one of my favorite units.

This microwave is beautiful and works perfectly. Love all the different settings for different food.

Product works great and easy to set up and use. Only issue is with the metal turntable plate. One of the wheels feel off which causes sparks. Had to remove it until I get a replacement

works really well so far. I'd have the piece that turns the turntable break. Need to see about getting fixed

except for the galss door overall though i am very satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave has been pretty good. The appearance is great and function is great. I have had one major issue within less a year. It quit heating and the turntable quit turning. It has been a pain trying to get any warranty work completed. I've submitted the forms and cannot get a response from customer service on anything. That's why I have to give 3 stars. Just know if you have to run anything the the customer service/warranty support department, you'll be waiting. To me, it doesn't matter how good a product is if once you do need something fixed, there is no one around to fix it! I'm about to have to go buy a different microwave to get by with.

Works great for a small space but after about a year of use a microwave's internal cooking/waveguide has fallen off.

Love the look. Looks professional and makes the kitchen stand out.
