I used this for Mac and cheese with other cheese purchased from Sam’s and it was perfect not sure what the one star review was about maybe they didn’t shred the cheese because it melted beautifully for me

I was looking for some food sources of vitamin k2. Gouda is on the list. Aged preferred. This cheese doesn’t seem to be aged. But it tastes very good. One slice makes for a nice snack.

Not as good as the other Gouda you use to sale it didn’t melt right for Mac & cheese
