Taste really good

I used this for Mac and cheese with other cheese purchased from Sam’s and it was perfect not sure what the one star review was about maybe they didn’t shred the cheese because it melted beautifully for me

I was looking for some food sources of vitamin k2. Gouda is on the list. Aged preferred. This cheese doesn't seem to be aged. But it tastes very good. One slice makes for a nice snack.

I preferred the previous manufacturer of Gouda cheese that Sam's carried. This cheese is good but not as good. It tastes much saltier now and doesn't share the same nice creaminess and flavor profile. Although this cheese is less expensive, I'd rather pay the slightly higher price to have the previous Gouda quality over this cheese. Why change something when it wasn't broken?
