Bought to replace my beloved members mark magnesium glycinate tablets. I want those back I much prefer that form factor. This drink tastes super medicinal and is sitting hard in my stomach.

Strong cough syrupy taste but super quality ingredients and formulation

seems to work very well. since taking this product and ashwagandah at night, I've been getting full night sleep. I have no issue with the flavor.

At first, I didn't feel like this worked that well. But the more I take it, the better it works. My husband sleeps better too.

This tastes STRAIGHT like cough syrup. I drank a 1/3 of my cup and became VIOLENTLY nauseous.
