I didn't find this product to help with sleep at all. The taste was awful. It was like drinking cherry cough syrup. It didn't dissolve and mix well either

I love that you can put this in sparkling water as well as any beverage for that matter. Just a single scoop can do a world difference for deep sleep and rest.

I really like the flavor of this product. It's light and not overly sweet. It mixes really well too. I gave it three stars because I didnt notice a difference in sleep but I do enjoy it as a tasty beverage before bed in my bedtime routine.

It's waaaaay too Sweet. I even tried to mix it with plain yogurt (it's usually sour), nope, the same unpleasant sweetness was there. Maybe a Dark Chocolate, less sweet, flavor would be better. Besides that, I didn't notice a difference taking this at night. Maybe because I skip too many days in between because of the flavor.
