This serum provides a noticeable cooling sensation and it absorbs well. It does leave a slight greasiness if too much is used. After using for 6 weeks I've noticed no difference in my scalp or hair health. I don't find this serum necessary to add to my routine.

It is a little too intense for that for my hair type anyway. I love the product for how it makes my hair feel in the last couple months. It is very rich and it does require a few minutes to really rinse everything out as to not leave a residue. On my no wash days it definitely keeps everything looking clean and not frizzy.
