This does not weigh my hair down. My feels light and has volume after using. My over processed hair feels like it is getting stronger by the day.

The menthol gives your scalp a tingly sensation, which some may find this aggravating. I did feel like it helped anchor my hair and give strength at the root. However, I noticed if I did not use this, I would notice more hair fall out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so with the conditioner I wasn't extremely happy because my hair did not detangle like it should have. So what I did is I had to add a little bit, probably about a nickel size amount of my normal conditioner TRESemme so that my hair would not be knotted and tangled and where I could get my fingers through it While the conditioner was sitting on my scalp. It smells great. The products do work. My hair is not as bad as it was but the conditioner I was upset with because it didn't detangle my hair and I didn't want to have to add anything to it. But I had to.

It doesn't help hair growth, roots, or breakage. I have to get my hair repaired now. The dispenser worked just fine.
