Not too heavy or oily and I could apply it easily to my geld hair to scrunch the crunch and give me a lot of shine It's very nice on my scalp, absorbs quickly and gives a cool feeling. It does feel good on the scalp when first applied, I did notice it made my scalp a bit dry with frequent use. I am thankful I got to try this product but probably wont purchase on my own.

The bottle and packaging were very pretty and durable. The applicator picks up a lot of product. Like the shampoo and conditioner, the root serum smells great! It gave me a tingling feeling a few minutes after massaging it into my scalp. The tingling only lasted a moment though. After you massage it in, there is no residue or grease left over, if all absorbs into your scalp quickly. Overall, I'd recommend this product to try!
