I started using this at the beginning of cheer season and after donating my hair. I haven't seen a lot of growth that I was hoping for, but it has definitely helped me retain my hair. Normally with the stress of cheer season and all of the tight hairstyles required I lose a lot of hair, but that was not the case this year when using this product.

The particles that is suspense, you can definitely tell that is of great quality. And you notice a significant difference after use in before I would definitely use this product again.I've been trying to not use too much of it because I know the expense of using it.So I will continue to monitor my use inappropriation , so that way I can see the long term growth.

Right after applying it, I can feel how smooth my hair becomes, and it helps a lot with detangling. After rinsing, my hair feels hydrated but not heavy, which is perfect because I don't like when conditioners weigh my hair down. I've also noticed that my ends look healthier and less dry. It adds a nice shine and makes my hair feel more silky overall. The texture is creamy and easy to distribute through the hair. I like that it supports the whole routine and helps reduce the look of breakage when used regularly with the shampoo.

I think the tingle provides the thought of it's working. I'm not sure but I did like it. I think the packaging is superb and the dispensing of the product wasn't wasteful. There is no greasy feel. I would liken the texture to like a very loose gel.
