It does a decent job of making my hair feel soft and smooth after each use, and it helps with detangling without weighing my hair down too much. The scent is pleasant and not too strong, which is a plus. I didn't notice a big improvement in hair strength or thickness as advertised. While it adds some moisture and makes hair easier to manage, the "abundant & strong" effect wasn't very noticeable even after consistent use.
