My only negative is to make sure you brush your teeth after your hair tries your hair look good a little crunchy, but I have definitely noticed a difference in my hair loss

When using this (I only wash my hair once a week), there's a significant less amount of hair that comes out. The pump is nice. The smell is wonderful. It works great!

As for shedding, I didn't see a huge stop in hair fall since my shedding started before using it but I do feel like my hair is a bit stronger and looks healthier overall.

It's a perfect part of the 3 steps combined with the shampoo because I find that it actually activates with all those ingredients combined. Something I will buy again. Consistency is not too thin nor too thick which I love and it absorbs without feeling greasy.

You only need a little bit, it's non greasy as long as you don't over use, and it has my hair stronger healthier and more plentiful than ever! The best performing conditioner I've tried...and I've tried many, at different price points.
