I pull my hair back a lot and this did feel like it helped my hair look less thin after a a month of constant use. It was very moisturizing but didn't make my hair oily or weighed down. I have thin, fine, color treated hair and I have been on a mission to make it healthier. I use this on my dry scalp, only 3 to 4 nights a week. It made my hair, soft and smooth, but loosened my waves a ton. It's actually very very comparable to the Pantene miracle rescue deep conditioner to the point that I don't even think this should be considered a regular conditioner it should be a deep conditioner. I think someone that likes to blow out their hair and likes to have smooth hair would love this, but I like big hair. When I think of hair growth lines I think of lines that are going to give you a little bit more volume and length and this just smoothed it down to much.
