Even when the conditioner was in my hair, it started to feel dry and it was the most unpleasant detangling process I've ever experienced. I lost so much hair that kept coming out in clumps while using this and I've never experienced that. My hair also didn't feel soft nor moisturized but more so dry and brittle feeling. I can't use this again and wouldn't recommend at all. The only thing I like about this product is the packaging, how easy it is to get the product out the bottle and how it smells nice.
