[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The combination of shampoo, conditioner, and serum daily for 5 weeks did not produce any noticeable difference. Shedding and breakage continued as normal. No new growth beyond normal. I did start to notice a feeling of waxy buildup around week 3 which I did not like but hoped would result in less breakage or shedding.. it did not. The one positive is that it does smell good. I've sense gone back to my normal shampoo and conditioner and the waxy buildup washed away quickly.

This serum has some sort of menthol ingredient in it that makes your head feel cool. It does harden like a hairspray which is odd. It smells good.

It did not create and type of residue or stickiness to the hair. You don't have to rinse it out either, which is very convenient. I put this in after blow drying and it doesn't affect my blowout at all. It is thin enough to spread easily and the packaging is extremely luxurious. I definitely see less itchiness on my scalp, and I was worried at first when I used it. I would have that oily feel, but that is not the case at all it absorbs perfectly into my hair and scalp area, and it leaves my hair healing so nice. I highly recommend it.

This serum comes with an drop applicator which is very easy to apply on my scalp. The serum gives a cooling sensation after i rub it on my scalp and root for a couple minutes. It doesnt feel oily and easy to wash. I will continue until i finish this bottle to decide if i will be repurchasing or not.
