I parted my hair in different sections and a full dropper could do my scalp from front to back. I rubbed it in really well and then blow dryed my hair. I felt like when I used it afterward my hair felt and looked a little oily at the roots. So I didn't use it every time. If you was your hair everyday I can see it being alright to use but not if you was every other day.

I purchased this around 3-4 weeks ago, and let me just tell you, don't let your balding ex find out about it! (all jokes aside) this product is miraculous! I was shedding a lot of hair due to stress and vitamin deficiencies, also had a lot of hair loss around my hairline, specifically a left patch at the front which had been quite empty for years. I kid you not, in two weeks my hairline is significantly fuller, shedding has reduced to almost non existent, and my hair feels thicker a less dull. I will add a bit about my vitamin routine/bloodwork though so that everyone knows that knowing the cause of hair loss is also crucial to stop it. My labs showed that my iron was a bit low, but everything else was normal. Since then, I supplement iron every week, and drink biotin, b12 and vitamin D every day. Other than that, I use the serum daily, or every other day, I massage it in once I do add it, and I try to keep my hair covered while at home doing chores or whatever, also to sleep. I highly recommend this product, it has been a total success.

Its consistency is watery, It leaves the scalp feeling fresh and I noticed that my hair fell out less after using it. If you have a dry scalp, I don't recommend using it every day.

It left a residue on my hair. The packaging is nice and I suppose I lost less hair but it's just too oily for me. My mother liked it however. She has very dry coarse hair.
