It doesn't weigh my hair down nor does it feel oily. It's a bit refreshing and cool feeling. And it smells great! I've been using this alongside with the matching shampoo and conditioner and I've been impressed with the decrease in hair fallout that I've had with other brands. My favorite part is that it's way more affordable than other brand name sets that claim to do the same thing. I like how it focuses more on maintaining the hair you currently have and not just growth. I want to keep as many strands as possible!! I plan on repurchasing the same trip set when I run out.

My scalp and bangs get oily, but my length is dry, and too much conditioner can make my hair look flat. I've been using the Pantene Abundant & Strong Conditioner as part of the full system for a couple of months, washing about 2x per week. The packaging looks elevated with the shampoo and serum, and the conditiorer itself is an opaque light pink with little dark red “melting pearls”. I use less conditioner because I typically try not to use too much that it weighs my hair down. But I didn't have that issue with this at all. I applied it generously enough through my length, left it on for 1-3 minutes, and rinsed. My hair felt soft, light, and smooth, not heavy or greasy. I also appreciate that this conditioner is meant to reinforce hair fiber and help with strength against breakage, since the system says it can reduce hair loss due to breakage by up to 85%. With my fine, thin hair, anything that helps it feel stronger without making it limp is a win. After using the full system, my hair feels healthier, softer, and easier to manage, and I'm definitely going to keep buying it as long as it continues being effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have noticed a great improvement in hair fall, I'm not losing anywhere near what I was before the conditioner is a little touch and go if I get too close to the scalp it will make my hair feel a little weighed down but if you have fine hair like I do just place it mid-length to ends and you should be good!

The serum is watery, not sticky and not greasy. It didn't make my hair look wet or greasy after using it. I didn't have any irritation in my scalp or it didn't dry out my hair. After using it for weeks I feel I've reduced shedding and noticed fuller hairline. It smells luxurious.

In the winter my hair and especially my scalp get extremely dry, my hair becomes fragile and crispy. I just from Oct and Nov I lost about a half in of hair due to breakage, and the hair is growing out of my scalp that way. This felt so good on my scalp and made my follicles relax in a moisturizing way. Like they were so tight and dry and flaky and needed something to rehydrate them. I normally only need to color my hair every 6 months and it's been about 2 and noticed how much grow out I have already that I had to schedule an appointment. This is for sure my favorite and an absolute must in my hair routine now. Even my 15 and 12 year old love it. Very happy with this product

It did make my scalp a little itchy at first. Was able to use it both on wet and dry hair without any noticeable residue. Smells really good! Will continue to try it.
