Mainly because the science has to start at the scalp and conditioners you just put on the ends of your hair. But I did like the way my hair felt after using this. Do I think it helped retain hair? Probably not. But I do think it probably helped boost the results of the other products.

I have a fine thin hair. This serum helps with reducing hair shedding and calm the scalp. It is light, not greasy and you can use it on a wet or dry hair. I love the glass bottle and the dropper to measure the serum amount to use. The bottle felt luxurious but still affordable and contains niacinamide and pro-vitamin complex. Definitely will continue with this serum.

The product is the right consistency for a root serum, not too runny and not too thick. It applies easily and a little goes a long way. It's best applied on wet hair since it's easy to massage onto the scalp for absorption. It can be applied to dry scalp as well. It does not leave any kind of product residue or make the hair oily. The serum helped reduce my flaky scalp with constant usage. There is a very light fragrance to it and you won't notice it at all. You can always add more hair products on this for styling and this does not interfere with that! Totally in combination with the shampoo and conditioner, this serum is a complete hair care package.
